Dress up basic fabric shade with contract borders and a beautifully shaped lower edge. When raised look like a valance, when lowered look like a shade. this versatile Valance Flat Roman Shade fit many different decors from contemporary to traditional to formal. Shade can be outside or inside mounted. You may need to adjust the fold slightly when you raise and lower them, which depends on the fabric you have selected. As the shade is used, the fabric will develop a "memory" that lessens adjustments. Shade is upholstered to a mounting board, which is covered with shade fabric. The board size for inside mount and outside mount is 1-1/2 x 3/4. The cord lock that allows you to raise and lower the shade to desired length. Specify cord right or left side.
