Pleats are tapered to be wide at bottom and narrow enough on top to be held by a simple ring or holdback. Valance has to be cut in 7 separate pieces, which sew together to finish as one piece (including jabots). This creates center straight section with pointed section at each side, followed by an end section and then a jabot (or simple return). Height of valance can be change, but all pieces have to be changed to fit each other. Design Team will match the tassel and call you for approval. Example: For 35 inches wide, center straight section can be 8'' wide. Pointed section finishes 5.5'' wide (between pleats). End section finishes 8'' wide. Valance is 21.5'' hight with short point of 18''. Jabot is 35'' deep.	View Full-Size Image
